MOORESTOWN, NJ—June 16, 2016—Syscom Tech is pleased to announce that we have completed our first AS9100 Rev. C Surveillance Audit and did so without any negative findings or corrective action requests. Syscom Tech received our certification in August of 2015. This recent milestone validates our ongoing commitment to the AS9100 Rev. C quality standard as well as our commitment to meeting and exceeding increasingly stringent industry requirements for aerospace, defense, and avionic related products for both the civil and military markets.
The ongoing certification continues to strengthen Syscom Tech’s competitive position and standardizes our quality, reliability and safety processes across the aerospace, defense, and avionics related programs. AS9100 is managed by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) and is based on the ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard. It provides 80 additional requirements and 18 amplifications specific to aerospace business operations.
